Tips for using this sphere ball mold and for more resin molds in our shop
1 Transparent so you can check the buttom when process project, and see all the bubbles in your resin mold when casting.
2 Use a bright LED light helps to see bubbles more easily. Sometimes trapped bubbles can come up to the surface later. Be sure to check your casting more than just 1 time after pouring for any additional bubbles. And do it in section to avoid bubbles.
3 Recommend using rubber band to tighten when making sphere resin piece, or you may stick them together to avoid leakage. After release, you may trim extra rim with blade and with fine sand paper. And apply extra resin layer / polish layer for a shine finish. With intricate silicone molds, it is easy for bubbles to get trapped while you are pouring. Pour a bit of resin, then pick up the mold. Twist it a bit, as you would if you were trying to demold it. This will allow trapped bubbles to come to the surface.
