If you are not completely satisfied, please follow the guidelines detailed below, and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.
- 1. If you want to return the goods simply on your personal reason instead of Funshowcase-related reasons, we are sorry to remind you that the returning shipping cost is on your own charge.
- 2. If there is a quality-related issue, please just send the pictures as the evidence within 30 days after you receive the goods. We will respond within 24 hours. And once confirmed, you may choose partial refund or replacements.
- 3. We will take responsibility to the returning goods due to quality problem within 180 days since the date you receipt.
