Tips for small or delicate shapes mold release

1 Rub tiny bit of shortening into the mold [ prevent sticking ]

2 Press fondant / gum paste into a silicone mold

3 Turn the mold over and carefully peel it back, allowing the piece to come out on its own [ will help shapes keeping ]
